Advice Please - BM08 Mar 2004 13:59 GMT17
If you have trouble "going" to the bathroom, what do you find helps?  I
don't really want to take an over the counter remedy.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks
Wholesale Pork Rinds08 Mar 2004 11:48 GMT7
Does anyone know where I can find  "bulk" Pork Rinds?  I'd like to
experiment around with a bunch of recipes and possibly "new" flavors
of Pork Rinds.  I can't find anyone that sells "wholesale" pork rinds.
Any help would be appreciated.

business trip08 Mar 2004 05:31 GMT14
I've been on induction for almost 2 weeks now and have lost 6 pounds so
far!  ;-)  I feel like I can easily continue with this way of eating,
with one exception.  In about a week, I'm leaving for a 4 day business
trip.  The hotel where the training is being held is providing us with

Alcohol vs. craving sweets08 Mar 2004 04:18 GMT5
I've noticed on and off over the past year or so, that if I completely
abstain from alcohol for a few days, I usually get hit with the most
unbelievable craving for sweets.  Obviously an issue on an LC WOE, but I
guess in maintenance, a "drink or few" with no mixers is okay.

Never shop while hungry08 Mar 2004 00:49 GMT2
Today I went shopping for semolina flour at Sofo's, which is
an ethnic store near by (it was for SO, who likes to make
his own pasta).  I can't possibly describe the intense
cravings I felt.  The fresh baked bread and overall Italian
low-carb desserts for a wedding??07 Mar 2004 22:55 GMT7

Does anyone have any thoughts on tasty low-carb desserts?? And wedding

2 week stall07 Mar 2004 22:45 GMT5
Well, it's official. Still on a stall after two weeks. hmmm
I ramped up my carbs to 25 grams then 30 grams and am enjoying the newer
food choice. Calories are no more than 2000/day and I run 4 times a week. 33
year old male weighing 190lbs currently  (down from 205) and am 5'10".
bacon question07 Mar 2004 22:38 GMT12
Okay, I'm not much of a cook - I've always created easy, from the
package meals, which has certainly contributed my being overweight.  So,
now that I'm doing low carb, I'm cooking much more, but I'm learning as
I go.  So here is my question and I apologize if it's a stupid one.
I need induction recipes, fast07 Mar 2004 20:48 GMT20
I'm sitting here with my stomach growling and all I know is I don't
want another steak. I'm so hungry but sometimes I think I'd rather
starve to death than eat the food on induction.
Hamburger has no taste, the strip steaks taste the way a wet dog
recipe book07 Mar 2004 20:13 GMT6
Are there any good recipe books for low carb that are easy and dont have so
many ingredients (or actually use ingredients you usually have in the house
or just normal ingredients!).  Also looking for recipes for a crockpot...I
always think things come out soggy so maybe I do ...
