Costco has some stuffed peppers in oil (canola and olive).  The peppers
are stuffed with prusciotto and I think cheese.  They don't have too many
carbs.

QVC is going to town with all kinds of wonderous LC food products
today.  Things like chicken parmesan, where the guy explains how they
came up with a special sauce so that an umbreaded chicken breast with

I was watching a QVC 2 hour special on low carb.  Almost every item had
carbs!  They would hold up a half a slice of bread and say the breaded
chicken, or cheesecake only had that many carbs per serving.  They spoke as
