And it's my own fault. I bought a huge bottle of ranch dressing at
Costco today, and because I was in a hurry - my eyes went right to the
carb count on the label - 0.2 carbs per tablespoon. GREAT! Not so
fast. When I got home I did the math, and the carb count is really 2

I am tracking my carb consumption on the computer.  I used fitday the last
go-round (before LC) and liked the way it kept track of everything.  Now I
have to subract the fiber from the carbs to get net carbs, and I am not sure
how accurate it is.

A week or two ago I asked about fiber supplements and got some very helpful
responses.  In the course of that thread I wondered aloud what was the right
amount of fiber to aim for daily.  I think the query got lost in the noise
of that thread so I've come to start a new discussion ...

Went to my local source and found a sign saying the MANUFACTURER was
temp out of stock?!?!?!? What gives? Anyone else having trouble
getting LC tortilla's? Are the Food giants buying all of them up so we

Last Monday, still on induction, I skipped lunch, and by dinnertime I had
what I thought were severe hunger pains. After eating a bit of dinner and
feeling worse, I thought it was gas. By the next morning I suspected
appendicitis.

looking at a box of Atkins "Morning Start" bars in a store today, and it
said there were 14g of carbohydrates with 6g of fiber and 6g of glycerin for

Recently enjoyed a soup made with celeriac root.  It was wonderful!
Would like to recreate it at home however cannot locate carb/nutrient info
on this.
Can anyone help  or  point me in the right direction?

Today about 60 hours or so after I started induction on Monday morning, I
retested myself with the keto sticks and I am off the charts!  160 percent
or better.  As soon as I stuck it in my 'sample' lol, it changed before I
could even pull it out.  This is just the visual indicator ...
