Yesterday I couldn't get anything right, and felt wrong all day as well.

BlankI forgot who started a petition to McNeil for putting liquid Splenda on the market. Perhaps all the low carbers in the USA weren't enough to spark their interest, but how about the DIABETIC population who could start a petition to add to this?? Splenda (in liquid form) ...

That site is awesome, I can't believe it's free! This will make it so much
easier to track both carbs and calories as well as my weight loss.
Unbelievable how much difference it makes when you see that your goal weight
requires 2.5 lbs loss per week. Makes it much easier to swallow!

Well, I read someone's post about the sausage crust low-carb pizza, and
tried it tonight. YUM yum and more yum! Husband (on Atkins with me) and
daughter (not dieting) both agreed! Here's how I made it:

know where you can find a site that will help a person trying to log their
meals as in carbs, fats, etc., that covers more dine out meals.  Looking for

1. JC is an a.shole.
2. Low-glycemic carbs keeps your weight down and you have no cravings
3. Exercise is key, but really, really boring
4. I did Atkins since the early 70's. Lost weight, and gained it back again.
