That site is awesome, I can't believe it's free! This will make it so much easier to track both carbs and calories as well as my weight loss. Unbelievable how much difference it makes when you see that your goal weight requires 2.5 lbs loss per week. Makes it much easier to swallow!

1. JC is an a.shole. 2. Low-glycemic carbs keeps your weight down and you have no cravings 3. Exercise is key, but really, really boring 4. I did Atkins since the early 70's. Lost weight, and gained it back again.
