Late this afternoon I started getting that "light headed" feeling, and kinda dizzy feeling and I still have it. Man is it kicking my @ss! Today is day 1 of induction, will I be better tomorrow or will it not get better until the 3rd day?

What do you guys and gals do to combat sore muscles after a workout? I can hardly lift my arms over my head my triceps are so sore.

I'm on the induction of Atkins and find the only thing I miss is a coffee a couple of times a day. What effect will two cups a day of decaf coffee with Splenda and cream have? Is this a negative?
