Saw it on the store tonight. They had caeser . A quick skim of ingrediants showed corn syrup but it was wayy down the list. it was 2.59 a bottle compared to the carb options italian at 3.39. but i try to stear clear of anything wtih corn syrup.

I had an interesting comment from my wife this morning. We were comparing weight loss numbers and she told me she wants to lose 16 more pounds (53 gone so far, yeah for her!) She also stated that she is happy with where my weight is now.

I posted about my low bp (85/45 - 95/55) a while ago before starting a lower-carb diet.... And... I know there's no clinical data about this out there, but it worked for me. My bp is up to 105/70! I haven't had a systotic reading
