I have to know for sure28 Mar 2004 02:21 GMT12
If there really is a huge metabolic advantage to being in ketosis, like

Am I missing something?28 Mar 2004 00:58 GMT26
Hello, all,
With all the negative posts about most of the new "low-carb" products,  I

product that I buy. It's Advant-Edge's Carb Control (ready to drink) shakes.

South Beach?27 Mar 2004 23:17 GMT3
Sorry if this has been discussed here, but I was wondering what the general
feel is for the South Beach diet.  I did low carb pretty religiously for
about 3 years starting in August of 2000.  I went from 268 to 195 in less
than one year and felt great.  Stayed in maintenance until ...

Thin enough?27 Mar 2004 20:19 GMT55
I had an interesting comment from my wife this morning.  We
were comparing weight loss numbers and she told me she wants
to lose 16 more pounds (53 gone so far, yeah for her!)  She
also stated that she is happy with where my weight is now.
Kon'nyaku27 Mar 2004 19:31 GMT4
Do they sell kon'nyaku (also written konnyaku or konjac) in the U.S.? It is
a very common food here in Japan, and has almost no calories or carbs. You
can read more about it at:

Free Weight Loss/Workout Buddy Matching Service 27 Mar 2004 19:04 GMT1
There ... I've got my signature working now ... and despite my detractors,
over a hundred people registered since my last response.  We even have
people like Dani, who was looking for another low-carber - and she's in
Canada, so the ZIP search feature isn't even helpful to her!  But ...
