my brisk morning walks. (I walk regularly anyways, but I added the extra
15-20 minutes right after the hot water). *I am down 4 lbs.*

I had a blood test just before I started the South Beach Diet. I was at a

OT: Thank goodness for JC posts!31 May 2004 17:06 GMT87
Man, just when I thought this group was getting boring, finally a reason to
read again!  So glad we have another JC bashers vs JC defenders debate
going on.  Maybe I can drum up another emotional crisis about my weightloss
and get some more on topic debating going on.

Has anybody come across a recipe for low-carb, high protien snack bars (low
in calories too)? I am sick of buying them- at three bucks a snack it works
out to be quite expensive.
