Is this book worth reading? I was not on atkins when I lost weight, but I found his book DANDR to be extremely interesting. Now that I am maintaining, I wonder if AFL has anything interesting. I eat "lower" carbs calorie controlled (portion controlled) diet.

If I didn't experience this, I would not believe it. Intellectually, I know that exercise improves mood, but the experience of it is so much more intense than expected. After I didn't work out for over a week, and now that I'm back into it, the difference in my mood is quite ...
