For 5 weeks this summer I will be a camp counsellor at the YMCA day camp.
I've finished training and gotten to know some of the other counsellors
from previous years, and they seem to be in unanimous agreement that this
job is a great weight loss plan.  You play sports with the ...

I have a package of pork loin sirloin chops, which is much leaner than
regular pork chops.  Last time I fried them, they were really dry.  Does
anyone have a recipe that will make them more tender and tasty?  Thanks for
any advice or recipes.
Atkins for life17 May 2004 23:26 GMT12
Is this book worth reading? I was not on atkins when I lost weight,
but I found his book DANDR to be extremely interesting. Now that I am
maintaining, I wonder if AFL has anything interesting. I eat "lower"
carbs calorie controlled (portion controlled) diet.
What's Up With Frozen Strawberries?!17 May 2004 21:31 GMT24
I bought 5 pounds of fresh strawberries, but won't be able to use them up
before they start to get mouldy, etc., so I'm thinking about pureeing them,
then freezing them in ice-cube trays so I can add a cube or 2 to my morning
smoothie.  But according to the USDA website, frozen ...

what so many lo carb haters lately???17 May 2004 14:15 GMT83
I stopped at a convenience store this morning, and picked up a lo carb

Exercise high17 May 2004 13:40 GMT42
If I didn't experience this, I would not believe it.  Intellectually, I
know that exercise improves mood, but the experience of it is so much more
intense than expected.  After I didn't work out for over a week, and now
that I'm back into it, the difference in my mood is quite ...

I have been low carbing since Sept 03.  I wasn't really over weight much 204

working out to $1.33 per bar, instead of $1.99.
My only problem now is hiding them out of sight and out of
