In many recipie, Heavy cream is mentionned. I always assumed it was "heavy" opposed to "low-fat" cream. Now, I am doubting this. For me, there are2 kinds of cream.

Okay - I'm going to try an Atkins Fat Fast. One of the mini-meals listed is 2 oz sour cream and 2 tbsp red/black caviar. I don't like caviar :( According to nutritiondata.com, one tbsp of caviar has 40 cal, 3g fat, 1g carb, and 4g protein.

Can anyone give me the "skinny" on soda's... like diet pepsi or diet coke or caffeine free diet pepsi or coke. My spouse is low carbing but drinks at least 2 cans of the diet caffeine free stuff each day. I'm wondering if there is bad stuff in them.. any help would be appreciated.
