I have tried the carb blockers to see their impact on leaving
the state of Ketosis.   While I was in induction and Ketosis level
was moderate,  I took a carb blocker pill (made with
natural Kidney bean extract) and I ate a typical lebanese meal made

Well, I'm happy to report that it looks like my binge eating was probably
just a phase related to quitting smoking, and not a pathological thing I
need to go to therapy for. Yay!  The past few days I've been keeping busy

does anyone have the diet menu that Micheal Thurmond promotes on his 6 week
program?  He was featured in Extreme makeover were 3 people were chosen for
the makeover but had to lose up to 35 lbs before being accepted for
liposuction surgury.

Is anyone else addicted to the natural peanut butter , put out by Kraft. I't
so good that I just can't have it in the house anymore.
The best cure for me is just leave it on the shelve as it's hard to stop at
two tablespoons.

I got out of ketosis a few days ago and have been trying to get back
to being in ketosis.  The last couple of days, I checked at around
3:00 a.m.  The Ketostix showed nothing.  I went back to bed and got up
at 4:30 a.m. and there was a trace.  Does this mean I am in ketosis or

I just got my blood results.
On Atkins for over 4 years..
It says iron level high...
I don't take supplements with iron..but been on all kinds of meds this

Found a really good ice cream to have as a treat, Made by Breyers, 15 grams
a cup sugar free and really good if you want a treat once in a while.I have
it twice a week , with fruit or jello, takes the bordom out of not having
something special once in a while.

I tried Alton Brown's popcorn recipe, which is basically taking popcorn  
kernels and putting them in a paper bag closed with two staples, and then  
microwaving until about 5 seconds separate pops.  It worked perfectly  
fine, and then I added popcorn salt and butter to the popcorn ...

If I used my pasta maker to roll sheets from whole wheat flour mixed
with water, could I use this as skins to make, for example, steamed
