I bought the pc version and every time I open it, all my information is gone
and I have to start over. This is so frustrating. I re-installed it and had

I am going to be a bridesmaid at the beginning of december. We ordered our
dresses in June, before I went LC but when I knew I would be soon. So when I
ordered my dress I made sure I could return it and re-order a different size
in time.

I finally did it. Rejoined the gym this morning and did 20 minutes on the
cross trainer. Not much by my old standard but at least I'm back at it. What
would have been an easy workout a year ago was really hard.
Oh well. Onward and upward. Just not on the scale.

Just wondering if anyone tracks carbs as a percentage rather than by
grams/day? I started using fitday and I like the idea of percents. If anyone

I cannot describe with words how thankful I am to this group.
I got all of the questions that were puzzling me about LC answered here.
The Atkin's response center gave me answers that were written by

DH sliced them medium thick and made medallions out of them, then cut
them in half and marinated them in Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and
pepper. Like I said I hate cucumbers, but these were incredibly good!!
