my body would burn the alcohol instead of fat, but I didn't think it

On the subject of pedometers31 Jan 2005 23:09 GMT1
Saw the thread on where to clip your pedometer, on a related topic, I

Anyone get upset stomach from vitamins?31 Jan 2005 22:19 GMT16
Anyone get an upset stomach from vitamins?  I haven't figured out exactly
what is giving me an upset stomach (and it may be a combination of
vitamins), but the upset stomach is hard for me, as it causes what feels
like hunger pangs.  This causes me to eat again (nothing bad -- ...

It's stopped working31 Jan 2005 04:00 GMT32

am still 287lbs and so 7lbs is negligible in 3 weeks.
My alcohol consumption has been almost nil compared to my usual six pints a

Yesterday I was doing the happy dance - scale read 241.5, day before 241,
This morning, it's back to 244. No, I didn't totally  blow it yesterday. I
ate a reasonable breakfast and late lunch - no dinner, not interested when
