Seems the consensus is, when you get swollen ankles and retain too much water - you're not drinking enough water? I think I drink plenty. But apparently not. After a full day I come home and have swollen ankles that got a lot worse after starting induction.

In the throes of your quit you may not notice, but after a month or so you will be able to sing much better than you did while smoking. I can hit high notes now that I couldn't before. I never could sing worth a darn but I can sure go higher. Anyone else?

ok so my Calories are kinda low I would like to keep them at my about 1320 (8x goal)but I cant seem to make it that far today is 939 ok so I didnt eat much meat today everything I pulled out is still frozen... but should I really care? is this going to hinder my weight loss?

I'm off to buy a food scale, and a lunch box and one of those blue thingies you can freeze to keep your food cold. Seems I really do need to bring something to work to eat. I'm not doing so well with such a long gap between meals, because the hunger when I get home
