The idea is that you eat what you want, but less of it.  You don't worry  
about calories.  And you walk a lot.  You savor food.

Anyone have a tried and true recipe for this?  I've Googled and found some
interesting possibilities, but would love to have something that's passed a
taste test.  Hot is ok as long as it doesn't remove the roof of my mouth!

In fleeing from my body, the fat seems to have first left my legs and then
my face.  I'm happy with this, but the result is a protruding lower abdomen
that makes me look pregnant.

before the holidays, there are four flaw areas in the present form of it.

I just cooked a batch of snacks and boy are they good.
Frozen  Brussel Sprouts.  
Cooked three minutes in boiling water with garlic powder, butter,
olive oil, pepper, creole spice and a teaspoon of splenda.

Cows eat only carbs.   Ideal cats DO NOT eat carbs.
Cows are strictly vegetarian and cats thrive on meats.
