In fleeing from my body, the fat seems to have first left my legs and then my face. I'm happy with this, but the result is a protruding lower abdomen that makes me look pregnant. Photo? Hell no!

I just cooked a batch of snacks and boy are they good. Frozen Brussel Sprouts. Cooked three minutes in boiling water with garlic powder, butter, olive oil, pepper, creole spice and a teaspoon of splenda.
