Got on the scale when I went to the gym - 176.5. More than I have ever weighed . . . at 5'4" too much. I'm now in the middle of day three without a lot of discomfort. More important is not obsessing about things and being patient. I think 115 is a good weight for me.

Does exercise help kidney function for diabetics who have various degrees of kidney disease? I'm referring to exercises like basic walking, swimming, light weightlifting, things like that. Thanks for any input.
