| How to pick steak in Fitday? | 12 Feb 2005 04:32 GMT | 19 |
I went to a restaurant tonight and had an 8 oz sirloin and broccoli. I'm trying to figure out which is the right option to enter into fitday? Anyone have an idea? The option I have picked now says 483 calories which seems low. The cut didn't seem all of fatty, but I'd rather not ...

Another week, another pound. I wish I could say this is easy, but it requires diligent work. I find that my diet does not require great intensity, but rather requires a persistent plodding along in the process.

Someone I know is taking this - it is an appetite suppressor. According to research I did, it was discussed on 60 minutes on a recent show. Does anyone on here have any experience/personal knowledge about it? I am wondering if it is safe. Thanks.

I went to the gym today and it was alot of fun! It is a "curves" type place and they have a playroom w/babysitting for the kids. I did a half hour which was twice around the circuit. I think I would've made it around 3 times if I knew the machines already but they had to show me ...

| Possible reasons for being out of ketosis? | 11 Feb 2005 01:33 GMT | 12 |
Okay, so a week or two ago I asked if drinking would knock you out of ketosis, and found out that it would. What other reasons would there be? About 3 days ago I had a strip turn the darkest purple it could (for

| Out of curiousity | 11 Feb 2005 01:28 GMT | 13 |
I just have a question regarding CCLL vs induction. Are you going to lose more by staying on induction for a while than by finding your CCLL and staying there? I have a lot to lose and I'm wondering if I should start going up by

| More Judgmental of overweight in denial? | 11 Feb 2005 00:19 GMT | 72 |
Along my weight loss journey... I've found that I have become a little more judgmental about those people who are overweight but in denial about it being because of their behavior. For instance:

| Weight range? | 10 Feb 2005 23:15 GMT | 5 |
The conversation Ignoramus, Roger, revek, Luna, and various other people were having about the prison experiment in which only a minority of the prisoners trying their hardest to gain weight could do so beyond a certain point was really thought-provoking for me.
