My friend's dad got on low carb but uses Viagra for his "other" health. He said his dad drops out of ketosis after Viagra intake. Probably his female is wild enough to burn all of his ketones, I said. Other ideas?

Note the statin graphs and particularly the LDL graph showing higher LDL for men in Sweden, but less heart disease than people in Lithuania (who had lower LDL).

I'm only five pounds from my goal: 220/175/170 but I have hit a plateau, can't seem to get of that last five pounds. I've been doing induction style low carb eating but can't seem to get back into ketosis or loose more weight.
