I have hit an all-time cooking low. I don't know what's happened, I guess
it's trying to incorporate LC into my life as a permanent thing. I am making
really  lousy meals.
I bought Low Carb 1-2-3 and am going to try recipes from there.

I have been posting for days and not one post has shown up. Has anyone

i have a chart where i track my weight.  i noticed the other day that i was
on low carb for exactly 1 month.  i weighed that day to see what my total

all I ate was chicken broth. Oh boy am I sick of chicken broth.

I have heard people on here extolling Smint mints but where did you buy
them?  As far as I can tell, they are not available in the US unless
you buy them online (and spend an arm and a leg on shipping).  Any help

I'm thinking of supplementing with my low carb diet. I really haven't
been adding anything to it. Just eating greens veggies/salads moslty
along with meat.  I also weight lift.
