Gone to Trader Joe's today and that always makes for good shopping, and

I love strong and intense flavors. So I had a piece of Stilton, from which

Anyone have any idea how to make those Atkins Morning Start Breakfast
Bars.  The chocolate ones are really good, but they are very expensive.
I paid about $7 for a box of 5.  I'd love to try to make them myself.
I think I'll try experimenting, but anyone know about those soy ...

I'm moving from XL to L and have found some old clothes that suddenly fit.
One of my suit jackets even fits.  It feels a bit snug in the shoulders, but
it looks OK in the mirror.  I'll have to have it cleaned.  The suit has a
layer of dust on it.  -My best suit is still way too ...
