Power Bar - carb select30 Apr 2005 20:25 GMT6
I Googled for this info, but strangely enough, there isn't much in the way
of comments pertaining to the good, the bad, the ugly with the (relatively)

I really liked this stuff, but can't find in my supermarkets here in
SoCal anymore.  Does anyone know what happened / where I could find

New find: Tropicana OrangeAde30 Apr 2005 14:34 GMT9
Just spotted this on sale at the local Shoprite here in NJ.  It's sold
in 12 packs of pt bottles for $6.  Pretty good, IMO, a little too
sweet, but thats fixed by adding some ice and it has a nice orange
taste, not artificial tasting.  It's says it's made with real fruit
Induction again30 Apr 2005 03:34 GMT4
It has been 7 years since I have done induction. It worked great the first
time, ended up losing 50 pounds in 4 months or so.  I have pretty much been
labeled the low-carb girl by all my friends by the way I still eat.
I was down to about 150 lbs for several years, I am 5'10" so ...
PING JC:  TKD?30 Apr 2005 01:35 GMT86
Well, JC, I finally took your advice and starting lifting-only took me about
a year after you suggested it.  I'm still low carbing, so I am wondering
about starting a TKD so I have more juice on my lifting days.  What's your
opinion of TKD, and do you have any advice or pointers?  ...
Different rices30 Apr 2005 00:40 GMT4
Are different rices different carbs?
We usually eat Basmati rice.  It is listed in the GI diet as low in carbs.
I can't find it listed as separate to just rice.
Anyone know?

Did I "cheat" by eating this stuff yesterday? I'm stressing too much

It's Spring!29 Apr 2005 01:20 GMT4
It's Spring, and most of my clothes are too big for me now (again)!
I'm quite handy with a sewing machine (among other things ;-), but it's
getting to the point where it's awkward to keep taking my old clothes
in -- you can only do so much taking in the sides and it's annoying ...
