My moms club had the End of Year dinner last night at a Chinese Buffet (ick)
and it was fun, and I controlled myself. I didn't eat any desserts, stayed
away from all noodles, wontons, eggrolls, sushi, rice, etc. I did have some

I'm confused about is the following:  Sausage has A LOT of sodium in it,
which is water retaining, do you guys recommend avoiding sausage during

Do most of you avoid salt on induction?  If so, do you use a salt substitute
(0 sodium) instead of regular salt?  Does using salt or a salt substitute
have any negative effect during induction?
