Some fat people have great big, round rear ends.  Some of us....have no
a.s at all, just a crack in our backs.
Alas....I have Noassatall.
...and the little I did have seems to be the first part of me that

Got myself a calorie counter05 Aug 2005 03:00 GMT6
It's the "Diet and Excercise Assistant" v4.0 by Keyoe, Inc.
(http://www.keyoe.com). Pretty nifty program actually. Has both a daily
calorie and carb counter (with a decent pre-existing library) a daily
logbook, and also helps track excercise and even Basal Metabolic Rate

trying to lose about 5 lbs04 Aug 2005 22:59 GMT35
Hi, I have been lowering my carbs for the past week or so, but haven't
seen a change in weight.  I am still eating some carbs, but not as much
as before.  I haven't done the south beach diet strictly because,
honestly, if I lose 8-13 lbs, my clothes probably won't fit me anymore,

Pan fried skirt steak.  Mmmm.04 Aug 2005 18:15 GMT1
I just had two scrambled eggs and a skirt steak fried in butter on a cast
iron skillet.  Nothing like a good LC breakfast to get me going.  I really
like skirt steak when I can't barbeque--it is the only cut of beef that I've
found that comes out decent on the stovetop.  The ...

Atkins Dangers? 04 Aug 2005 14:18 GMT20
Hi LCers,
A friend told me she saw a program yesterday that said the Atkins company
has filed for bankruptcy (okay, I found an article on this) and also that
the show said people have been "going into shock and dropping dead" from

Lettuce wraps lifespan04 Aug 2005 08:41 GMT11
I'm looking into starting the South Beach Diet and trying to determine
various meals and snacks I can take to work.  I was thinking of making up
several different lettuce wraps, turkey/ham/chicken/tuna, onion, lite cheese
and  lite mayo or olive oil vinaigrette wrapped in romaine or ...
