I'm going to need some kind of kitchen scale and want something better
than the little mechanical postal scales at Staples.  I'm wondering if
people here in this group have any recommendations or advisories on

Maybe some of you have known about it before, but I just found Dr. Michael
Eades' blog.  He is the husband of the husband and wife MD team that wrote
Protein Power which is probably the most well known low-carb program after
Dr. Atkins'.
