There seems to be quite a conflict of opinions on this subject. Some
will tell you that there is very little if any muscle loss while one is
on a ketogenic diet whereas others will say it's impossible to get
stronger while in a ketotic state.

Hi, I follow low carb and feel great and am happy.  Now here is my
question, my brother in law who I just saw at Christmas, has been on
the Raw Foods Diet.  He eats no meat.  I was very interested in his
diet so I looked up some info and basically it seems to me to be

I read a lot here and respect some people and there knowledge, one is
rodger Zoul (did I get that right)  a lot of his posts are really
great, so whats your verdict  How about this raw food thing???  Or all

I've had 3 Fistula surgeries in the last year now, and nothing seems to
work in closing these things up :(
They first went in surgically to "drain" out the mucus collecting
