For the past few day's I've felt cold and just can't seem to get warm.
This is very unusual for me, 'cause I'm the guy who's always fighting
over the thermostat because I want it colder.
FYI, I've lost 17 additional pounds since February 28th (21 days).

New here, and some questions23 Mar 2006 20:30 GMT25
Due to recently discovering I'm reactive hypoglycemic, and on my way to
diabetes if I don't straighten up and fly right, I've now cut my carbs
way down. I'm not "doing" any one particular diet, but if there's one

Very-low-fat diets are superior to low-carbohydrate diets (***sigh!***)23 Mar 2006 13:00 GMT7
Very-low-fat diets are superior to low-carbohydrate diets: evidence shows
that very-low-fat diets (not low- or moderate-fat diets) may be easier, not
harder, to follow and make more sense physiologically. They should also
produce the best weight loss and health outcomes in the ...
How to stimulate adipose fat tissue burn?23 Mar 2006 07:07 GMT16
After many years of aerobic exercise, I have removed most of the fat on

Here we go again, new report from Lancet slams Atkins22 Mar 2006 13:52 GMT23
Heard this mentiioned on the news last night.  Another hatchet job
founded in ignorance.  Given the extreme bias and how they can't even
get basic facts right, eg Atkins diet forbids fruits and only allows a
handful of vegetables, I doubt they are telling the whole story

Myths or Issues relating to dangers and vitamins with lo-carb diets?22 Mar 2006 01:35 GMT17
A member of my family is regularly hassling me to stop low-carbing. I
really don't want to, I feel great on it. But some of the issues
