Well, I like to share things I've found to eat that I particularly enjoy. Two things lately. Last week I picked up an aged gouda, black wax rind, at Trader Joe's that was *out of this world*. Seriously one of the best cheeses I've ever tasted.

What's the group's view on the merits (or otherwise) of porridge oats as part of a low-carb diet? I suppose that's a slightly silly question since porridge oats are clearly not a low-carb food - and yet one consistently hears a lot of claims about their health benefits.
