Hi, I am new to the group and just wanted to say that I have dieted on
and off for many years unsuccessfully. Recently I got into controlling
my mind which in turn controlled my eating habits, and this is proving

It is my third day on the job.  I am exhausted.  I have never worked
this hard in my life.  I am on my feet lifting, bending, packing and
loading for 7 hours a day.  I did not expect this amount of packages to

This is a question for people at a job 8 or more hours a day and can't

I love fish but hardly ever eat it --because I can never get it right
and for some reason am afraid to try.  I'm a good cook, creative and
enjoy cooking but I just cannot figure out how to tell when fish is
