well lets face it sometime you have bad luck.   Leaving the gym, going
home, some guy just totalled my vehicle.  He also totalled his, he did
not stop and I have burns on my hands due to air bag going off (2 went
off)  boy thats scarier than the accident.  So I guess you can say

I shamelessly stole this off another website, but it is very
interesting. Mice with prostate cancer, put  on ketogenic, high fat
diets had significantly longer survival and slower tumor growth rate
than mice on non lc/ketogenic 40% fat (high fat) or 15% fat (low fat)

I started Atkins 3 years ago.  I weighed 340 (56 waist)and Atkins was the
first diet I've ever tried.  I followed the plan haphazardly--not counting
carbs, not weighing myself (I hate scales)but trying to eat as few carbs as
I could by cutting out bread, sweets, etc.  I ate ...
