I was using Trader Joe's Psyllium Husks ... if I recall, 3 tablespoons = 15 grams. Recently, I picked up a tub of GNC refined husks, and figured it was about the same. So, I was using 3 heaping tablespoons in a glass of water.

I'd like to know how many carbs do you burn vs calories while exercising. If I workout for 1 hour, burn 700 calories for example, how many grams of carbs that takes out of my body? If I eat 40 g of carbs b4 I go to the gym, I feel more energetic there.
