I think I could stick out LC, if I can buy a lot of the prepared meats,
but they have pretty high sodium levels.  I don't have high blood

I have been doing Atkins for 3 weeks now and check my ketons every week,  I
am staying away from carbs, sugars, grain type products etc.  I am not
always eating 20 gm of carbs, sometimes less than 10 a day to adjust my
keton level but it is not changing, any suggestion, thanks

let me say thank you to all those that have posted such needed advise. I

Ok I've been on a diet for 2 weeks and lost no weight. I am 5'6” and at 170lbs.
