Hi gang,
started my diet today. Day 1 and counting. I went to the commissary today
and bought a truck load of chicken, turkey and fish. Not really crazy for
red meat specialy beacuse of uric acid problems.

lost 2 more pounds for a total 2 week loss of 5 lbs.
Was at doctor yesterday and he noticed ketones in urine sample. I told him I
was on LC, he said "Ok, because this is like starvation mode" At least I
know I'm in ketosis, LOL.

I am making chocolate lolipop party favors for my son's bday and I keep
almost licking my fingers, LOL. The smell is tempting me. I ate some cheese

I saw a reference to diluting heavy cream with water to approximate
milk.  I'd like to try that and see if I can make a low-carb carbonara
sauce.  Any tips on how much water to mix with the cream?
