The word "protein" dosen't follow the standard spelling rule of thumb:
'i' before 'e' except after 'c'
Or when sounded like  'ay' as in 'neighbor' and 'weigh'.
What's up with that???

They had Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw on sale for $1 for a 16 Oz bag. So I
tried it , finally.
Great by itself, or mixed with good lettuce salad greens (and mushrooms,
chopped cucumber, snow peas, onions .....) Taste and texture both are fine.

Its Dar I am new to this messge board.  Work from home mom.  Using a

Just got my lab results back from my yearly checkup.  I started Atkins
just over two years ago, and I've been maintaining for almost a year.
Glucose: 91 mg/dL (It was 108 just before I started on Atkins)
Cholesterol: 187

Hi All, Just had to toot my hubbies horn for him. He is down his first
