For me, that would include anything that encourages me to sit and graze....like trail mix or even mixed nuts.... Anything that I can pick up in my hands and eat without thinking about it. I have to stay away from those foods!

Does anybody know about the carb count in the various pills they take? I'm trying to stay in induction and I take a multi vitamin but would like to take glucosamine,calcium and garlic pills. Don't know if these have carbs in the binders or not.
