Can I use Whey Protein in recipes instead of  Soy Protein?  I just got
Sharon Long's Low Carb recipe book (sorry, Dana! I thought it was YOUR'S!)
and she asks for soy protein powder in almost every recipe.  Then I read
where soy isn't very good for you and it can cause thyroid ...

For me, that would include anything that encourages me to sit and
graze....like trail mix or even mixed nuts....  Anything that I can pick up
in my hands and eat without thinking about it. I have to stay away from
those foods!

I'm trying to stay  in induction and I take a multi vitamin but would
like to take glucosamine,calcium and garlic pills.
Don't know if these have carbs in the binders or not.
