On April 16th mine was 28.1 (5'6", 174)
As of June 27, mine is 24.8.(5'6", 153.8)
That's about 9 1/2 weeks on the atkins induction plan. I'd really like to
get some cushion in the BMI, say 23.0-23.5. Maybe in the next month or two.

I don't know if this is related or not but I find it interesting. From the
time I was about 20 I always got a rash hives when I went out into the sun
after the winter. It would last for abut a month or until I got a sunburn.
It was getting worse every year and I found it annoying ...
