Hi, am Jen a 20yr old from london, until recently i've been strugling
to control my eating and to some extent i still am. i suppose i eat
mostly because they're nothing better to do or to join in with everyone
else.

I have been low carb dieting for 2 weeks. The first week I had very
little carbs. This second week I have been trying to add carbs to the
diet slowly, but If I have even 2g of carbs the ketone measurement from
my urine goes to 0.

I've been on a LC diet since around 1999, and have within the past two
years started attending a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) course.  Prior to
the BJJ course, I was (and still am) active in aerobic exercise, but
I've found that throughout the course of the BJJ training, there are
