Ok here is the question, take food like low carb wraps, sugar free choc., protien shakes, bars, and all the other fake food that is sugar free. Can this food make you gain weight even if your in your calorie range to maintain? What are your experiences with this low carb stuff?

I am about to start the induction phase of the Atkins diet and wanted to buy the Atkins supplements to go with the diet, but apparently they have been discontinued. Is this true, and does this mean I can no longer get them? Are there any good substitutes?

The ice creams I have been making have been really yummy and are creamy and lovely right out of the ice cream freezer. However, once they have been frozen hard in the freezer, it loses some of the creaminess and it is impossible to scoop it.

I had my first Cholesterol (sp?) test today. Not sure how I have missed being caught for one but there you go. It is high (big surprise) - 6.3 The 'good' reading was 1.5 (I think) and the 'bad' one was 4.something. Doc

The best way to lose weight is to try and cut out all crisps, sugar and salt and try to keep yourself busy to keep your mind of food. Go out for long walks so that you are getting exercise and it will keep your mind of food.
