just found these in asda in the uk. they are a mix of pecans, almonds,
cashews and pistachios (plus green olives) in a 225g pouch and at 10.5g
carbs per 100g are a useful thing to carry around for hunger pangs.
i've never had dried green olives before. weird but very nice. a bit ...
