The good news is that I'm exercising again (finally) and am losing weight  
(how do I know?  People are saying, "You look thinner").  The "bad" news  
is that wife is due to give birth in early August.  This is bad because  
that throws my five-day-per-week workout schedule right ...

Double choc-chip cookies are BOGOFF at Tesco today but I can't indulge
