Patting myself on the back for Thanksgiving28 Nov 2007 01:26 GMT14
Hello, all.  I thought I'd post this here because this group has
provided me with lots of inspiriation and support in my effort to eat

Low Carb Yields Longer Life ?? Speculation27 Nov 2007 15:49 GMT5
The article below cites research which claims that burning fats for
energy (ketosis and Low Carb as my interjection) produces fewer oxygen
radicals which can damage cells and exacerbate the effects of aging.
It would be ever so nice to be able to claim that low carb could offer
I don't care what ANYONE says27 Nov 2007 11:27 GMT3
I positively love iceberg lettuce.  I'm eating a salad of iceberg,

Pumpkin "Recipe"??23 Nov 2007 02:51 GMT8
Since I still dont feel much like cooking I have a question.  Has anyone
ever just taken a can of solid pack pumpkin and added a little milk and
