I cannot, through trying, do the low numbers of carbs I see mentioned
in the book or on the websites. I can however handle something around
100 grams of carbs.
Would that cause me to lose weight or would I be wasting my time?

I've recently started to get rid of most of my bad eating habits, and

Over the past 10 years or so I've been bouncing back and forth between low
carb and "healthy" eating.  Low carb being meat, poultry, fish, low carb
veggies and "healthy" being fruits, whole grain breads, less meats, poultry,

Hello everybody.  I'm glad that I have found this group.  I have been
