A Grass Eater, eating only grass-type meals, lost 120 pounds in less
than 2 months recently. Other than horrible smelling breath and bad
smelling farts the person seemed physically fine. They had however
developed hatred of meat eaters, seems out of jealousy.

I am reading about the Zone diet in the book Entering the Zone by Dr Sears.
I have requested Mastering the Zone from interlibrary loan. Is this an
appropriate group to discuss this particular eating regimen? Is it
considered "low-carb?"
