Animal fat better?08 Oct 2008 17:09 GMT9
Thought I was reading on this board, that someone said animal fat is
superior....to other fats such as EVOO or VCO and I'm wondering why?

EVOO or Canola oil/flax.

Question regards 75 grm Oral glucose test01 Oct 2008 19:44 GMT6
My Doc is asking me to go get a 75 grm OGTT, as my glucose serum
fasting came back at 6.1 (impaired fasting glucose 6.1-6.9).
I'm concerned that because the diet has been low carb 20-40 grms, the
results might not come back proper.
