Looks like I'll be starting my low carb diet again, I did it in the
past,and it worked well for me.
I've put on too much weight lately, and "trying" to watch what I eat is not

Is it true that you shouldn't count fiber and sugar alcohol carbs?
This seems a little fishy to me...why is it these things don't count?
