Having used up the last of my Atkins baking mix, I just started using Carbquik. So far, I'm impressed. It's a great product. But I'm wondering if the carb count is really correct. It's listed as 16g carb, 14g fiber, 2g net for 1/3 cup. Which seems extremely low

Got up feeling weak and sickly. Made my way to kitchen and took bs and it was 92. Then took blood pressure and it was normal but the pulse rate was 42. Readjusted cuff and took it again and it was 43. Took pulse manually and CRIPES, it was 42 and seemed to take forever

My LDL Cholesterol is 430 and I'm 61 years old. My doctor is mailing me meds for it. She said to lower my carobs. She didn't say anything about weight, celeries, fats, etc. So I really don't want to die and I'm a good candate for a heart attack or a stroke. I got the info tonight ...
