I've just started the Atkins diet and after 5 days of being in the diet I
got some Ketostix. It's showing that I'm just over 0.8 g/L. It seems
awfully high and the paper that comes with it warns that I should see a
doctor if it reaches that level.

Anybody got one?
The ones I have tried, including Atkins', have two main flaws:  they rise too
high when they are cooking and then crash back into a huge crater when they
cool and they ooze fluid after a day in the refrigerator.  Other than that,
