Please have a look at something called the Dukan Diet presented at
www.dukandiet.org . A friend of mine is doing it, and I would like to
hear if you also feel that it is just a cheap copy of Atkins. It does
seem very similar at least in the first phases.

I almost felt asleep in the bus within an hour after having a smoothie
made of banana and strawberries. Coincidence or is it my insuline? We
are bombarbed in the media with the "Fruits are great for you""
messages. If they are, then why are they killing me like this?

Actually, I had never heard that there was such a belief, particularly
that it was widely held. I can easily believe that unintentional weight
loss can be a bad sign.  I was unable to find the online version of this
publication.

Some people put one tbs of psyllium in one glass of water. Others put
2tbs. I heard of others who put 2.5. All the psyllium bags I checked
advise one tbs. How much do you peronally put? I would assume that
2tbs is ok as long as you drink two glasses of water afterwards
