I have a question about exercising. I started last week going to the Gym on Mon, Wed. and Fri.. On Tues and Thurs. I have been toning. Sun and Mon nights before going to bed I have been doing exercises for upper, abs and lower body.

There's no such thing as fast weight loss. The human body is far too concerned about survival to allow us to lose weight too quickly. So as soon as we reduce our calorie intake, it starts to slow down in order to conserve energy.

This week was really great. I got into a promotion-based training program at work, I exercised 5 times, and I had a great WHOOSH of 3.6 down to 180.6!! YAY ME!! Needless to say, I was a bit excited and continue to be motivated by this

I'm down half a kilo this week, 1.1 pounds. I was pretty pleased with that, given that I had a couple of bad days this week. I was kind of expecting to maintain so it was nice to see a lower number. If I can keep this up, I'll meet my goal for sure :-)
