I finally got around today to shoveling/moving the couple inches of
snow from my walkways and alley parking that we got on Thursday
(before the snowstorm that's predicted for tonight through Monday with
a guesstimated 6" total accumulation). In the past, I've pulled out

Well I did a no no and weighed one day before my actual ww weigh in and I
was discouraged!  I am sure I will have a loss this week but I was relly
hoping for a big loss as it is my first week OP.
But something different happened with this disappointment.  I looked to the

Okay here we go:

pounds from the current wardrobe)  But I'm down in any event 0.2

I have recently just started weight watchers over, I am counting my points

track today and am drinking tons of water. I walked 1 mile ...
RAFL update - Joyce30 Jan 2004 17:14 GMT38
Down 1.4 pounds from last week, official results gave me 130.6 this morning.  I'm
feeling much better and positive this week (am afraid I have sent my *crash and
burn* mode to Lesanne) and hopefully have finally moved away from all the holiday
problems.
What is wrong with me?30 Jan 2004 16:51 GMT14
I cannot do it. For over two years now I have been trying to loose weight,
only to find myself becomming bigger and bigger. I dream of being beautiful,
having an attractive body, I dream of my husband 'wanting' me instead of
just conforming to 'have sex' with me. I dream of being ...

Hi everyone!  I haven't posted in a while.  With the new job title comes
extra training, which is a pain in the a.s.  Instead of being physically
active all day at work, I'm stuck in a classroom!  YUCK!  So I've been
playing around with one pound of weight over the past 4 weeks and ...
My first weigh in!!29 Jan 2004 15:27 GMT16
I just came home from my first ww weigh-in, I am sooooo excited to report that
I lost 9.6 pounds my first week!!!  I was on plan everyday, drank tons of
water, exercised for 2 hours and 15 minutes total, only used about 1/2 of my
flex points.  I am a big gal so I knew I would have a ...
