I made this great snack the other day. Spread Good Friends Kashi cereal on a flat pan, spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, sprinkle on a little vanilla powder and Splenda. Then bake for about 15 min. @ 325. Let cool and bag into separate servings of 1 cup. Approx. 1.5 points ...

I have been lurking and trying to decide is weight watchers is the way to go. I have two questions....I am currently on prednisone and my doctor said it was nearly impossible to lose weight while on this drug...anyone having any success.

Stared online weight watchers at 17stone (238LBs) in oct 2003.... Now at 15st,6lb (216LBs) not bad really I was 15st,11 (221LBs) on the 1st feb 2004, so 4 weeks later i've lost 5lbs not bad, 1.25lb a week is ok for me,

Wow, is it great to be back and not rushing off somewhere! I briefly stepped on the scale this morning and it's up a little, I'm hoping it's because I didn't have nearly enough water on this trip. My official weigh-in day is Monday, so we'll see what happens then!

We have an exercise challenge going on in my workplace..(we probably have well over 200 employees but not all participate) This has been good and bad for me. Good, because I am competitve enough to actually participate.

I had another maintain this week, which again I'm very happy with. It's been a strange week and I haven't been nearly as good as I could have been. I think I'm getting there though. The bad days aren't as bad as they were a few weeks ago.

Today I did my first morning as a volunteer with Riding for the Disabled. My arms are killing me from holding a gorgeous wee girl on the horse but it's so worth it. I'm going to get to spend about 5 hours a week walking horses around paddocks and at least once a week
