Hope all you who do will pray for me.  I went to see my doctor today because
of really odd disorienting symptoms.  Dizzyness and my hand and arm not
performing what it's supposed to do, just waving in the air.  I have enough
medical problems on my plate already and I don't need any ...

Since our car went belly-up in January (cambelt went and took the
camshaft with it...) I've not been going to WW as a) I couldn't
justify the expense having just forked out ?800 for repairs, and also
not having a car for a couple of weeks didn't help as I couldn't

It's day 3 that I've had my elliptical and I've only been able to do 10
minutes straight which made me very upset because I thought  I'd be able to
do more.  So this morning I was determined to do 20 minutes & I made a plan
that at every 10 minute mark I'd stop & get off the machine ...

I weighed in here, in my WW clothes because I am not making the actual
meeting, but my scale always agrees with theirs within point something, and
here I am 157 this morning.  I am so glad after the week I had....  And my
cold or whatever it was is leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have at least 5" of water all throughout my yard right now.  My garage
is flooded.  I have water seeping into the basement (not unusual,
happens every year), water coming in a window well that's never filled

Due to pressures of work (both mine and DH's) I have missed two meetings
in a row, and therefore 2 WI's...  This is OK: I have stayed OP and the

Just thought I would drop in and say hi.  I am new to this group
and find reading about you all very fascinating.  Totally I have

Just wanted to say hi to all my fellow Weight Watchers. I've been in the
program since June and have lost 90 pounds so far.

Hi All!!!
I am happy to announce that I surpassed my mini goal of 250lbs. and now
weigh in at a lighter 245.8lbs
I am now down a total of 41.4lbs.  Clothes no longer fit and I have to get

Stayed the same weight.  8 weeks gone by.  This is the first week I
didn't lose.  But I didn't gain either.  I'll just stick with it and I
know I'll lose soon.
